… my morning esspresso with milk

… white vine

… dancing with myself in crowded places

… dark chocolate

… meat

I need

… bagels/bread/pasta etc.

… ‘milk’ chocolate

… fried food

… cookies and cakes

Well, this addiction is such a burden. I have come to a point that it doesn’t matter how I look (well it really never was very important), but I hate that I think about food all the time.

It is bad when I’m on diet, when I’m off. I just want to free myself from this, and have so much more time in life.

Day 2

Breakfast:

  • Banana
  • Coffee with milk

Lunch:

  • Pork meat inĀ sauceĀ + rice

Dinner:

  • Mixed salad: Lettuce, Tomato, Cucumbers, Onion, Eggs, Tuna, joghurt, mayo (just a dib)

Day 1: Dinner

Everything :(

Day 1: Lunch

  • Beef “a la wilde” (with carots, eggplant, onions, garlic, red wine, etc)
  • One medium zucccini, microwaved
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Black coffee

Day 1: Breakfast

  • Orange/grapefruit juice
  • Esspresso Macchiato
  • Canned fish - mackerel
